1-Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
2-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial forecasts specific to construction projects.
3-Handle cost allocation, expense tracking, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
4-Coordinate with project managers to review and analyze project financials.
Job Requirements
1-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
2-+3 years accounting experience in the construction industry.
3-Strong knowledge of construction project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
4-Proficiency in MS Excel.
5-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6-Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
7-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
