Job Description

Manage and supervise the monthly payroll process for all employees accurately and efficiently. Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations regarding taxes, social insurance, and allowances. Prepare and review monthly reports related to salaries, allowances, and employee benefits. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any payroll-related issues or inquiries. Monitor legal changes and updates, ensuring their immediate implementation. Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and implement necessary adjustments. Provide guidance and support to the payroll team and answer employee inquiries regarding salaries and benefits.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an advanced level. Advanced knowledge of payroll management systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar software). In-depth understanding of local labor laws and social insurance systems.
