Financial Services DS Lead 5 years of experience

Job Description

• Support decision making through structured analysis of financial and non-financial data. This will cover the area of Financial Services as follows: • Closely monitor the area’s performance against trends and targets and provide deep monthly revenue/cost analysis. • Build a solid insightful budget that accurately forecasts revenues/costs and consumption based on current trends, projected regulatory changes and new product launches. • Consolidate and present various business reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings to demonstrate company performance and obtain a complete company overview • Control the monthly P&L for Financial Services and provide monthly profitability analysis • Prepare all business cases needed for Financial Services • Work closely with different types of stakeholders (internal and external) between Banks, financial regulations bodies, marketing segment, operations team, treasury along with high product complexity resolutions. • Prepare periodical and incidental Financial/Nonfinancial reports. • Automate/Digitize financial reporting and forecasting process.

Job Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience (preferably in Financial Services or Fintech) • CMA/CFA is a plus • Excellent communication skills and stakeholders’ management. • Strong commercial acumen, accounting & financial background. • Deep understanding of financial services and Fintech. • Strong analytical and leadership skills. • Deep knowledge of accounting practices and procedures. • Strong computer skills (Microsoft applications)
