• Develop and implement accounting and financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
• Monitor workshop operations, spare parts costs, and service line profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and working capital.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective financial actions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Supervise internal and external audits.
• Establish and monitor financial KPIs across branches.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and HR to support business objectives.
• Evaluate new investments and expansions through financial modeling and feasibility studies.
• Oversee ERP financial systems (preferably Odoo) and drive automation initiatives.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or service industry.
• Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and auto service operations.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
