* Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate with project managers to develop and enforce budgetary guidelines and financial policies.
* Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics, market trends, and valuation methods.
* Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of mentoring staff.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
