· Collect cash and check payments from clients for property sales, rentals, and other services.
· Process all payments accurately and issue official receipts to clients.
· Reconcile daily cash and check collections against system records, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
· Greet clients professionally, answer payment-related inquiries, and provide a positive service experience.
· Adhere to all cash-handling policies and security procedures to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of funds.
· Prepare daily reports on all transactions and reconcile discrepancies to the supervisor.

Job Requirements
* Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous Experience:
· 0-3 years of experience in a teller, cashier, or cash-handling role, preferably in a real estate or banking environment.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong mathematical and calculation skills.
