• Experience: 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience • Industry Background: Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, or similar sector is required • Core Skills: Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) posting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Treasury & Banking: Background in treasury operations, bank transactions, and cash flow management • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with a major ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred) • Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
