Job Description

-Oversee the entire Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. -Monitor and manage customer accounts, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations. -Implement and enforce credit policies, ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms. -Analyze aging reports and minimize overdue receivables by implementing effective collection strategies. -Collaborate with the finance teams to resolve billing disputes and maintain strong customer relationships. -Ensure accurate recording of transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies. -Prepare AR-related reports and financial analysis to support decision-making and cash flow planning. -Supervise and develop the AR team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. -Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution of payment issues. -Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations. -Optimize AR processes by identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements. -Track overdue accounts and assess the need for provisions for doubtful debts in alignment with company policies.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. -From 12-15 years of work experience. -Construction Background is a must. -Having experience from 4-5 years in national projects is a must. -Strong knowledge of AR Processes, credit control, and collection strategies. -Proficiency in ERP system and MS Office. -Strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Strong Interpersonal skills.
