Treasury Accountant experienced

Job Description

• Receive and deposit cash or checks in the company’s treasury. • Handle cash and check disbursements based on approved payment orders. • Prepare daily reports on treasury movements (inflows and outflows). • Provide management with daily cash balance reports. • Ensure sufficient cash availability to meet day-to-day business needs. • Monitor and reconcile actual treasury balances with accounting records. • Record incoming and outgoing bank transfers (clients and suppliers). • Conduct periodic treasury reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Safeguard company cash and ensure treasury security. • Manage and control daily petty cash transactions. • Record and process petty cash expenses according to company policy. • Coordinate with various departments: o Sales: for cash collections from customers. o Finance: for depositing surplus funds into the bank. o Accounting: to ensure accurate transaction recording. Job Requirements

• Proven experience handling cash operations and accounting systems. • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy. • Excellent organizational skills to manage daily operations. • Solid knowledge of financial reconciliations and basic accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • 2–3 years of relevant experience. • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must.
