Job Description

- Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements, including: - Collaborating with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams. - Collecting financial information from the target business and managing the diligence request list. - Performing financial analyses on the target business, such as margin assessments, trend analysis, price volume analysis, cash proofs, and key data reconciliations. - Preparing key deal analyses, including Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Debt & Debt-Like. - Writing reports and supporting the delivery of findings to clients. - Candidates should have over 2 years of financial due diligence experience within an accounting practice or corporate finance boutique.
