- Develop annual budgets and short/long-term financial plans for all company activities, including land sales, construction projects, and smart city developments.
- Monitor budget performance at the project and activity level, analyze variances between actual and planned figures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective measures.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management, including KPIs and key financial ratios.
- Track planned versus actual collections from land sales and take necessary actions to improve cash flow.
- Review timelines for construction and infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with approved budgets and avoid financial overruns.
- Analyze costs associated with developing and operating smart cities, recommending measures to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Prepare comparative reports for major projects (Actual vs. Planned) with actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and financial performance.
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure operational decisions are aligned with budget objectives.
- Design and implement a standard costing system applicable to all company activities, based on suitable allocation methodologies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (professional certifications such as CMA or CPA are preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in budgeting and cost control, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Previous experience in real estate development, construction, or city management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and best practices in financial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams.
