Costing Senior Accountant

Job Description

Create a thorough and in-depth budget estimate per project. Compare the actual cost to the estimated budget and note any variances Monthly. Monitoring the cost entries daily. Monitoring project implementation phases from the projected budget to spot discrepancies and reported them Monthly. To guarantee that projected income statement should be developed to demonstrate monthly, quarterly, yearly, and future revenues. Calculate costs per unit and demonstrate monthly revenues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (major in Cost Accounting preferred). Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting or management accounting, preferably with real estate industry. • Proficient in Excel. • High degree of accuracy and attention to details. • Excellent organisational skills. -Location: New Cairo.
