Job Description

- Follow up on the full purchases and payments cycle - Prepare accounting entries for receivables and supplier payments - Maintain a comprehensive supplier register - Monitor suppliers’ balances, dues, and payment schedules - Track supply orders, received quantities, and remaining balances - Handle VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory additions - Prepare and review monthly suppliers’ trial balance - Prepare detailed reports related to suppliers and purchases - Settle suppliers’ accounts at the end of each financial period - Follow up on service suppliers and ensure contract compliance

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Gender: preferably male - Good command of English - Very good computer skills - Hands-on experience with accounting software (preferably Odoo)
