Accounting Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement, particularly in a manufacturing environment. * Oversee daily accounting operations, including: - Month- and year-end closing - Accounts payable/receivable activities - Cash collections and payments tracking - General ledger maintenance - Revenue and expenditure variance analysis - Fixed asset activity and reconciliations - Taxation * Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow). * Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and company policies. * Lead and coordinate annual external audits. * Improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls. * Assign and direct accounting staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Maintain and organize financial records for transparency and documentation. * Location: 4th Industrial Zone, 6th of October City. * 2 Days off.

Job Requirements

*7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years as an Accounting Manager. *Strong knowledge of IFRS (Diploma in IFRS is a plus). *Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required. *Big 4 audit experience is a plus. * ERP System Experience: Familiarity with Odoo is a must (or other ERP systems with training available). * Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
