Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. -2–4 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or cost analysis. -Strong analytical and numerical skills. -Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel. -Solid knowledge of budgeting methodologies, forecasting techniques, and financial KPIs. -Good communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. -Understanding of IFRS and local reporting standards. -Excellent command of English. -Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP. -Experience in using the latest AI tools for financial analysis. -Previous experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector. -Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities effectively.
