Job Description

- Prepare and review cost reports, budgets, and variance analyses. - Coordinate with production, stores, and finance for accurate cost allocation. - Monitor material and labor costs, analyze deviations, and recommend improvements. - Supervise cost accountants and ensure timely monthly closing. - Participate in pricing decisions and cost optimization projects.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory control, and ERP systems. - Excellent analytical and leadership skills. - Advanced Excel skills and good command of English.
