Job Description

• Record and verify supplier invoices & payments • Match POs, invoices, and receipts • Process payments and reconcile supplier statements • Monitor A/P aging and support monthly & annual closing • Assist in audits and maintain organized financial records

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting Major • 3+ years of A/P experience (preferably in trading/distribution) • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Proficiency in Oracle ERP & Excel • High accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a teamwork mindset
