Finance: • Manage budgets, forecasts & cost systems for service ops. • Oversee Odoo ERP: invoicing, tracking, & reporting. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials. • Ensure tax and accounting compliance in Egypt. • Lead costing & profitability analysis for contracts. • Manage treasury, payroll, and banking operations. • Coordinate with auditors and financial partners. Administration: • Oversee procurement, logistics, and HR processes. • Manage onboarding, records & contract administration. • Maintain licenses, insurance, and filings. • Support CEO with policies & internal operations. • Supervise admin staff & facilities management. Job Requirements
