Job Description

- Issue, record, and distribute sales invoices accurately. - Review original AR documents and perform accounting entries promptly. - Confirm revenue and write off accounts receivable according to contracts and payments. - Reconcile daily bank receipts and customer accounts. - Prepare and issue regular account statements. - Follow up on overdue balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Maintain good financial communication with customers to ensure timely collections. 🔹 Job Details : 📍 Location: 6th of October City – Industrial Zone 🚌 Transportation: Provided from nearest pickup point 🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🛑 Day Off: Friday

Job Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role within a medium to large-sized company. - Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred. - Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR-related tax regulations. - Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and familiarity with accounting systems (Yonyou, Kingdee, or similar). - Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility. - Very good command of English (written and spoken). - Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-service mindset. - Team player with a strong learning attitude.
